Hannigan registration requirements

Does anyone know where I can get a Copy of the Stability Report and other Relevant Reports to allow Hannigan Kits to be used as a Road Vehicle.

Has anyone who had one fitted have any certification I could possibly get a Copy of to help with Compliance Certification.
