Grabby clutch

The clutch on our 2012 will grab suddenly as it gets toward being 2/3 of the way locked up. What's up with that. The dealer's adjusted it, I've adjusted it every which way I can think of, including even by the manual, and had a private shop try adjusting it and the clutch still grabs hot or cold. I'm thinkin there's got to be a nick in the clutch basket. Any other possibilities?

I had the same problem on my 2012 and found through trial and error that it was a severe operator malfunction. :xzqxz: I was using the clutch just as I had for 40+ years and was letting it out at too high an rpm and trying to feather it too much. I started at a lower rpm and faster release and it was smooth as silk. On all the bikes I have had over all the years I never had any difficulties. It just took a different touch. Go figure. I hope this helps.
