Installing these next week on the Freewheeler. I really like the sound of them. Also D&D make real good quality pipes and mufflers right here in the good old USA.. Good old Texas.
D&D 3 1/2 touring mufflers with there new Vortex wrapped 2" vortex baffle. The straight cut muffler without the end caps are 27" long. With the short straight rounded end caps they offer they are 28 1/2" long (several end cap options ).They should work great with the Freewheelers chrome bumper installed with the extra 1 1/2" of length or I could keep them the same length without the cap as the factory Freewheeler mufflers.
The sound clip is a 2014 model Harley with these mufflers on it with the slant down end cap.

Below are the mufflers but I will be installing a short polished rounded end cap instead of the slant up cap in the pic.
