Got the 17 Trike back today after having problems with the front left caliper not releasing completely and it burnt the rotor black also oil migration from trans to primary.Dealer replaced left front caliper, rotor and rotor bolts along with replacing the brake fluid, service writer told me that this is the 3rd or 4th trike they have seen with this brake issue,As far as the oil migration, drained primary and trans refilled told to ride 700-1000 miles return to dealer for them to check and if low they will send a slinger kit what ever that is,so let the miles roll on.Been riding my 93 FXLR while the trike was in the shop forgot how smooth it was compared to a lowered FXR with 75,000 miles on it LOL.

After the 2nd thousand mile refill, 3rd was with the kit...Just had the 4th today, And it was even lower at only 5 hundred miles after the kit...

Fuzzy......Ask your dealer to look up Harleys ,Service bulletin ; TA0022....:D

Or better yet just Google that number with out adding the name Harley..

I dont want to out call him a liar BUT there were Tech bulletins sent to the dealers giving them how to deal with these problems

It is hard to find these on the internet now but your dealer is not telling the truth IMO
