Got a FREE Vintage VW Trike Today

OK.... I inquired about this trike that was sitting behind a house in my neighborhood and they gave it to me. it's been sitting for a long time and got hurricaned-on thrice but I think it can be saved. I need to get the owners name and see if he can get me a title. No key either. It has multicolor metalflake paint. I wish it were black but.... Does anyone know what model is this trike kit?
