My dealer finally got around to checking my trike. I found the issue myself with the help of CSC. The warranty work is being processed as I speak and the new parts will ship tomorrow.
It turns out I was correct on my assessment. The fixed axle on the right side lock failed. Which would let the axle slide out causing shaking.
CSC was great to deal with, they helped me through the process. They said to call them anytime about any issues. I had asked about the axle I had heard about. He told me I had the new style and the only maintenance was to use poly paste on the splines. That is not unusual Honda's need poly on the splines.
Should have it back next week I figure.

Wonderful news!!!!! Thanks for letting us know. Good to see the manufacturers are standing behind their product and improving them as needed!

Glad they stepped to the plate for u. It is also great that u caught it in time. Your installer was also better as he actually took yours apart. I asked mine to check it and all he did was to check for looseness. With what I know now, would have him do it different, I guess I would have to pay for it tho.

Wonder what would have happened if u were out of warranty?

The could have gotten real sticky, quick.
I have 7 years of warranty, I never keep anything longer than 3 years anyway.
