Good Guys at Frankenstein

I would like to let everyone know about the good guys at Frankenstein Trikes. Last August I bought a kit from the Frankenstein dealer in Lindsey Ontario. He charged me $800. to install it on my 08 Raider 1900.It took a week to do the job and when he called to let me know it was ready I hot foot it over to Lindsey to pick it up.
Boy,it looked great!
When I got home something smelled hot so we called the dealer and he assured me it was common to get warm during break-in,and if I was concerned,my own mechanic should have a look at it.
That's when the doodoo hit the fan.It burnt out two bearings while on my way to the shop.
After two months of arguing I called Frankenstein they payed for the shipping to send it to their factory in Kansas, where they repaired and sent it back.
The dealer had not used the correct shims when he installed it and that put pressure on everything, causing the bearings to burn.

That is really standing behind their product.
The trike looks good and handles great and I can say they have the best kit on the market today.
