gl1800 engine tapping noise

when i start my trike[gold wing] it has developed a tapping noise when i start out in gear but goes away when it starts to warm up in a matter of 1 or 2 minutes. sounds like it's on right side of engine. thats it untill i start it in the morning again same thing happens. anybody know what is going on. it has only 26000 miles on it. it is a 08 wing. thanks

i let my dealer have it over night. the started it this morning and rode it. told me it was normal engine noise. so maggie vally trike talk five is sill a go. was not sure last night.
