Hi all, I have a problem with the Harmon/Kardon it blew the 15amp Radio Memory fuse, feeling good I replaced it, it lit up and I was happy, then it blew the newly fitted fuse also. Anyone had experience of this. It's never done this before, the trike is getting it's own back on me as I put it on ebay last week! Iv'e told it that I'm glad it didn't sell, but it's not listening, and it doesn't want me talking to the pillion either! Any advice will be welcome.

Thanks for the reply, I took the front fairing off fitted a new fuse and it worked and didn't blow, then I plugged the front lamp and it worked again, then plugged in the small lamp and refitted the fairing and it blew! It's off at the moment and I have tried a new fuse and it's ok again. can't see a problem. It must be that the fairing is pressing a cable somewhere and its going to short.

The problem is sorted for the time being. Can't say that I have cured the problem. All I did was apply electrical tape to all cables I could see under the fairing. The only thing I saw out of place was on one of the parking light cables part of the metal connector was exposed so I taped that also, but what that has to do with the Radio Memory fuse I haven't a clue. I also applied tape to the inside of the front light incase there was a cable touching the metal mount of the light. Anyway its working at the moment, and I hope its fixed. So thanks again FLTR2008TRIKE. what trike have you got? I have the Lehman.

Glad to read you may have found your problem. My Trike is a 2008 Roadglide with a Motortrike kit. I attached a picture of my trike
