Front Brake on Trikes (The unbiased truth )

As I understand it to be.....

Same as motorcycle law.

My state requires it. Says so in the driver's ed booklet issued by the DMV.

Some states require some don't. Some inspect some don't. Some care (enforce) some don't.

If everything else fails you could troll the motorcycle sites/forums and probably find out.

A rear engine trike has so little weight on front that a brake is useless but may still be required.

I have enough weight on my front that the brake works and I use it.
