Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the tank emblems without trashing the paint? I am not crazy about the design and would prefer the tank plain.

Got any ideas?

The hard part is getting all the glue from the sticky tape off;)

I use pledge furniture polish, Goop works but IMO it is a bit harsh

I start by soaking the area with WD40

Let it soak in good

Start @ one end, lift it slowly, if it starts to come up continue

Once the emblem is off, you can start removing the residue from the sticky tape

Will do. Thanks
