I am the owner of a 2009 Stallion and have a burned out fog light bulb. I see no way of removing the bulb without taking out the light harness assembly. If so, is this something that needs to be ordered directly from the factory?

You need to remove the whole assembly. Once out you can see that there are 4 screws on the back side. Note how you take it apart. You can solder in a new bulb. May I suggest using a 55 w replacement to the 100 w bulb. Puts out almost as much light and the bilb will last alot longer. My wife runs with hers on all the time 20k miles and over a year since I had to replace a bulb.

If you really want to "get attention", replace with PIAA Extreme White driving lamps (PIAA). They fit perfect and you are definately seen from a distance. I went one more step and put a modulator on them.

I replace my bulb last weekend and I use a H-3 55 watt. My problem was when I was putting the assembly back in I droped it and cracked the lens so now I need to find out where to get a new lens (anyone know where to get a new lens). My problem is, I have big hands and to replace the nut on the assembly you really need someone with small hands.

ed i to cracked a lens. I just put it back in with the crack lens. You don't even notice it.
