Hello all. Dan here. New to trikng and will be building/assembling my own. I just bought a 2012 Victory XC (cross country) with the intent of triking it. Seems to me there are only a couple of companies willing to sell direct. From what I've read so far it looks like Champion is the way to go. Undecided between straight axle or irs. I previously had a 1995 FLHTCU That I had A Hannigan sidecar on. I used it sparingly when kids were young. Now that I'm older trike is looking good for my wife. Advice accepted.
Thanks

Welcome to TT DD and greetings from Long Island.
Where in AZ are you heading? My aim is north of Tucson eventually. I love riding out 76 that area.

Thanks for the welcomes. The more I read the more I lean towards champion. Who is a dueler of here? Any specials going or coming up in the near future?

welcome aboard. champion if you are doing the build yourself. IRS vs Straight is a debated subject. Search the subject on the forum lots of opinions. Good Luck

I'm leaning toward IRS. I previously had an Ultra Classic with a Hannigan side car. It was nice but i seemed to be always fighting it. It had the hydraulic shock for camber while riding.
