Fixin' flats

Being relatively new at this game & getting ready to tow a trailetr around, I was wondering what most folks carry as far as fixing a flat. Not the tire puncture kits but rather how do ya get the wheel off to fix the flat?? Sorry if it's a dumb question, but have no problems taking off / re-installing the wheels on my Yamaha, but on my trike ??

I just keep a can of Fix-A-Flat for that emergency. I never had a flat on the trike, but now that I said it, you know it is going to happen.

Plug kit, 12 volt air pump and 2 cans of fix-a-flat
