Factory visit

Okay Mattel, here is a new thread...if you count one from a non-Stallion owner.

Currently we are in the last 7 or 8 days of our cross country vacation in a car. We just crossed the Mississippi just before 8 pm this evening and left the "wild" west behind (almost three weeks worth) and are now starting the last part in the east.

After I get back I'll take a couple of weeks to catch up, add a few things to my Thunderbird and ride it for a possible visit to the Stallion factory (and ask Whatz up?) with a possible trip to Eureka Springs in Arkansas with my old Triumph Rocket III pals if they can settle on a spot to hold their rally.

So while I am at the factory I am hoping to ask around and find out how the "progress" (if any) is going on the new version of the Stallion. I may not find out anything new but I always wanted to visit and look around and it's a good excuse for a ride even if it is just a little "out of the way".

Wish me luck.

I was at the factory in mid-June and Nick confirmed they are to use 2.5 liter Ford engine and hope to have in production by October. They had issue with "electronics" on the new engine. You can still get tour of the Motor Trike production area.

Thanks, I appreciate that info...not sure when this "Rocket Rally" is going to happen but I am thinking it will be around the end of September...maybe even more info will be available by then.
