Hi all, I am ready to do some mods and would like to hear from the members about V&H Power Duals vs Full Sac.
I know about the tuner and air cleaner. TTS and AN Big sucker Stage one to go with one of the two exhausts mentioned above.

I don't know anything about Full Sac but I have the Vance & Hines Power Duals installed with a set of V & H slipon turndown mufflers. I have the SE Stage 1 Air Cleaner Kit and my engine has been reprogrammed using the SE pro module. I am still running the stock CAM but I have replace the stock clutch spring with a SE Heavy Duty Clutch.

First of all I am please with the sound of the mufflers. Second, by replacing the stock headers the right side heat is minimal. Third, I am please with the improved response of the motor by changing the Air Cleaner, changing to the V & H Power Duals and reprogramming the EFI.

Go with the Fullsac TG header you won't regret it. I'm running it with the HD SE Fatshotz mufflers and Woods 555 cams and the torque is great.

I have the V&H power duals and Black Widow mufflers and I am very happy with them. I also did the stage one Ness Big Sucker but changed last year to the Screamin Eagle Extreme breather. It sucks in more air than the Ness due to more surface from the front of the breather..Made the exhaust tone even deeper and motor ran better too. I still have the Big Sucker with the stainless steel filter too...in case anyone is interested.

will be putting in 255 cams vance and heinz header and pipes with screaming eagle stage 1 tuner and air filter, anyone running this setup? just wondering if this setup will take care of heat issues on my 2013 triglide

You'll see a major change on that right side. Take a look at the Power Duals, they have the collector that helps add some power and balance the cylinders.
Make sure you get a good tuner. Just out of curiosity have you looked at the woods 555 or Andrew 54 cams. A lot of folks on here are using the 555's from Wood with good results. I only have experience with T-Man 625's on the Deluxe but will be adding the 555's when I get to that stage of Mods. Still need a few more miles before I start the major changes. Have my TTS out for update to a dual unit. Thanks WIZ, saved a bundle.

Don't overlook the SE254 cams, Wiz installed some in his Triglide and seems quite happy with them. Cam selection is a tough one, a lot depends on a persons riding style.

Take a look at T-Man 555 torksters, they look like they would be a pretty decent cam.

I'm running everything you've listed except for the SE255 cams. Even without the cams you will see a significant decrease in the right side heat issue.

I just installed the Power Duals with V&H Trike Deluxe Slip-ons on my 2013 Big Blue Pearl. They are a great match with good sound (deep but not obnoxious) and torque is good across the rpm range. Used the SE air cleaner and Pro Tuner. She runs cooler with no decal popping. Totally satisfied.

After you added the Pro Tuner did you have the bike dyno tuned or did they just use a map for the Pro Tuner for your particular changes that you did? Also was that a HD dealer that did that for you?

I have the V&H Power Duals,V&HPro Mufflers,SE Race Tuner,10;5/1 forged pistons,259E cam,+100SE Ported and Polished Heads and it runs great, but in stop and go in hot days it seems to load up. It has been Dynoed twice.
