ETC ,turn signal wire

On Monday I am changing handlebars on my 2015 Freewheeler. Watched several videos and believe that this is something I can do. Only thing I have not seen so far is where the power end of wire for ETC, lights and turn signals are located. I am sure I will find out once I start but would like to know ahead of time.

Any help or suggestion much appreciated.
