downloading other countries to our Garmin GPS

We are trying to download the South Island, united state caches to our Garmin GPS. Is there a way to do this so that all the caches of the Island would be on our garmin? Thanks in advance

Did you try any searches yourself? I found this but not sure it will help. It is supposed to have just what you are looking for I think. And that came from this tip.
