DK Tank Lift Kit Question

I've been looking at the DK deluxe tank lift kit, and I have a question before I think about adding it to my trike. Since the nose of the seat sits on the back of the tank, does the lift kit make it harder to reinstall the seat, or does it change the tilt of the seat? OK, that's two questions, but I appreciate any answers.

Installed the 1 1/2" with the Deluxe kit on the back of the tank this weekend. The seat was no problem to put back on. I did notice that I sit or feel that I sit deeper in the seat with the nose of the seat going up more. Kind'a wish I'd done the 2" kit.

I have the 2" tank lift.
You will have to push down and slide the front in it took me 2 or 3 times but after you ride it is fine. And it looks nice. makes it E Z to clean the back rocker box.

2" on ours

I went with the 2" deluxe when you install the kit I suggest keeping the tank as far forward as possible you will be amazed what a little adjustment can make with air and the seat position. I really like the tank lift. ThumbUp fearless

As has been shared, the seat goes on fine with a Tank Lift & deluxe option.

Regarding the seat tilt. It does lift the nose of the seat about 1/2". For most, they either don't feel the difference, or they feel the pocket is deeper/more comfortable.

However, there are about 1-2% that do not like the feel that the deluxe option gives the seat...in those instances they just run the tank lift without the deluxe option.

Here's a pic of my '11 with a tank lift and deluxe option, and below that one of my '14 with the same-
