Daytona Visit

Just got back from Daytona and already I miss the Florida weather. I did see some Freewheelers and talked to a couple of owners. I looked at Corbin and Ultimate seats and decided on the Ultimate. I didn't fit the Corbin and the price was a little steep for me. The Ultimate is a great seat and the fit was great right at the start. First picture is Ultimate the Corbin is with their backrest.

I run a Corbin on my HD Hannigan Transformer, but they aren't for everyone. I went with the Corbin because it had both a driver and passenger backrest that attaches straight to the seat and since I will not be running a tour pac I needed the passenger backrest. I've had a couple of Ultimates seats as well and they are super comfortable.

Ultimate didn't offer the integral passenger backrest option. Guess it doesn't matter much now because Sherry and I are happy with the Corbin Dual Touring seat.

It's nice to see more aftermarket support for the Freewheeler because it really has a ton of potential.

Before I bought the Triglide, I purchased a "Starter Trike" to be sure I'd be ok with the transition. I had an Ultimate seat on that bike and it was great. I have no problem with the TriGlide seat, but still thinking of grabbing another Ultimate, it really was a nice seat....jc

I had an Ultimate seat and driver's backrest on my Victory Cross Country Tour and it was a great seat. If they would have had one out for the FW at the time I might have bought it instead of the Mustang. However, I have had Mustang seats on other bikes and I am happy with it. Mustang and Ultimate are both very good seats.

I checked out your Mustang seat at Kerrville and really liked it,a very nice set-up.

Thanks Clint. I did have a Sundowner seat with an extra gel insert and the Harley backrest but it wasn't comfortable enough so I bought the Mustang as soon as they were available. Very happy with it.
