Anyone on here install these gauges on the triglide? My buddy was showing me pics of them and was thinking about getting a set. They certainly looked nice, but pricey.

Had them on my 2020 TG and now on my 2024 TG. They are great. Like display of oil and head temp plus all digital is so much better. Can change colors and layout to suit your preferences. Go for it. They are worth it imo.

I concur. I have them on my 2019 Tri Glide and love them. Pricey yes, worth it yeah I think so.

had them on my 2013. They are nice I loved the digital read out. The sun glare was a problem occasionally for me. But still liked them better than stock.

After years of debating (and cost) I finally put them on my 2010,
LOVED them, would I put them on my 2023, sure would….after its paid off. LOL

I personally didn’t care for them. Had the on my 14 Tri Glide.
Maurice, was it sun glare or another issue with them that caused you not to be a fan? I guess I'm debating if the cost is worth it or not. Right now I'm doing a couple long distance trips each year and they would certainly be great for those. In reality though I might not be doing extended trips too many more years. Food for thought.

For those who have experience with them, did y'all do self installs or have a dealer install? Install cost estimate?

Installed myself. Never had any issue with sun or glare. It’s great to see actual digital readouts for speed, rpm, voltage, temps, fuel percentage. Just can’t ride without once you’ve had them.

Glare and just overall looks for the money.

I just took a look at the Dakota web site and those gauges are a bit pricy but definitely have the cool factor. I think I'd consider changing out my gauges to those if I had an HD.

Question though, when the speedometer gets installed, does it start at 0 miles or is the mileage stored in the onboard computer?

I know if you install a new Hd Speedo it goes to the miles that are on the bike ke as the manager leave is stored on either ecm or bcm. My guess is Dakota Digitals do the same
