The wife and I and another couple took off Monday on our Harley Trikes. For me it was going to be a shake down cruise for the new SE 120ST engine that I had installed to replace the 103 that blew up. We went to the end of highway 41 in Copper Harbor, MI., then Marquette, Escanaba, and back to Lakewood, WI. Put on about 750 miles with a lot of site seeing so took 4 days. Took a tour of the Quincy Copper mine and of course had to stop at a lot of gift stores for the wives.
The new engine with the greater HP and Torque really is nice. Riding two up with luggage one thing that was very noticeable was with the cruise on and set at 55 mph and in 6th gear there was plenty of power for climbing the hills and passing without having to downshift.
