I have tried almost every seat for the Harley touring. I’ve had the Harley Sundowner, Harley Hammock, stock seat mod by Mean City. I just can’t seem to get more than 150 miles before I get sore. We currently have a 2021 Triglide with a Mustang Summit seat. It’s prob the best I’ve had but it’s still not “there”. The only two seats I havent really tried are Ultimate or Corbin. I did have an old Corbin on my first 2006 Harley that was used that we tried but it was just too hard. Although I only ride that seat for couple hundred miles and I have heard they take long time to break in. Oh and I forgot we have not tried the Road Zepplin seat. So I guess I’m looking for opinions on the three seats Corbin, Ultimate, and RZ.

I’ve never run one but almost everyone I’ve heard talk about Corbin says - too hard . Kevin at DK has a video on Wild Ass seat pads - just a thought . I ❤️ the hammock seat

I had a Mustang super tour on my 07 Electra Glide and could go all day. Now i have an Ultimate Tallboy with backrest. I still use a sheepskin and a cushion under it . My physical condition is the biggest factor.

When I finally went to 3 wheels this past September, it’s the first Harley I’ve had with the Zeppelin Air seat fully adjustable and more comfortable that I imagined. IMG_1174.jpeg
I absolutely love it!!!
(It came with the Tri Glide when I bought it)

Beautiful trike. I see you have some nice accessories on it. What does your passenger think of the RZ?
Thank you!
She absolutely loves the seat!
Here’s an overview of all the mods so far in the video link below. (Since the video, I added a freedom shields windshield that’s shown in the pic above an also a back up camera).

Very nice. I have seen several of your videos on YouTube. Appreciate the attention to detail and explanation in your videos. The joys of owning a Harley. Add-ons never stop. lol

Yes… a crazy “rabbit hole” many of us go down, lol!!!
I’ve always modified all my bikes, and now having this trike, it’s no different.
This may be the last one I modify and personalize as much as I usually do.
I honestly never thought I’d enjoy a trike as much as I do.
The next BIG addition will be the 9* rake kit which will make a HUGE improvement on the steering! (I’m excited to get that done in the next month or so).

I bought a RZ but when I got it the pump wasn’t working so I returned it. It was used. It didn’t sit me far ahead enough though

Been using Corbins since 2007 and I think they are great. Now admittedly I'm a 250 lb. fat ass who needs the dense foam that Corbin uses. They take about 1000 miles of riding to break in , but once they do you should be okay. Also if you are willing to pay a bit more,
the customization options are really nice.

Love my Road Zeppelin with a Butt Buffer sheepskin topper…!

The adjustability of the RZ can’t be beat. On long trips and/or when adding say luggage to the passenger seat (changing the ergonomics of how the backrest hits my back), it’s been a day saver.

I do sit higher with the combo, but really like it. The Butt Buffer is equally important… the plain RZ gets HOT!

Hello all. I ended up getting a RZ off marketplace and I think it’s gonna be the one. Did a quick 100 miles on it. Putting backrest on later today and that will only improve the feel even more. To be able to adjust the air is pretty neat and changes riding position with each adjustment.

My ass could hardly make 200 miles before I had to call it quits for the day with the OEM seat. I went to a tall boy and it helped, but not enough. I am 6'6" and made other riding peg and floor board changes without much improvement. Then I got smart ( subject to opinion)
Air Hawk seat cushion saved the day. When properly inflated it is an absolute game changer. Now a 400 mile day on a crippled old 71 year old body is not out of the ordinary. Dont leave home without it.!Air Hawk.jpg

I just did 3000 miles I in 1 week and started with the Airhawk and 3 days in I took it off and just used my Ultimate Tallboy seat and it was actually more comfortable. My wife used her air hawk all week and loved it on the back. She never took it off.
I guess I needed to break it in good because when I bought I it only had 500 miles or so. Well i guess I got it there. Just like I did my Mustang super tour on my 07 FLHTC I could ride it from sun up to sundown with a circulator pad Ora sheepskin. I’m not talking trash against the Airhawk here. It’s ok but each ass is different.
