How do they registered them??? In CONN. if you replace the motor in a motorcycle it needs an act of GOD to get it registered. Dune buggies and kit cars are almost impossible. A home made trike, NEVER happen, especially the ones with wooden bodies.
Can be done in Florida but it is a lengthy process involving all paper work for parts etc being in order then an inspection for road worthiness and compliance by State Police.
