just sold a set of fenders racks and two pet carriers to some folks with two snauzers--going to put one on each fender !!

Got mine today, great workmanship. I would appreciate any installation tips, I'm really anxious about drilling into that beautiful fiberglass. Three of the legs fit flush but one doesn't, I guess that's where the grommets come in, help please.

I know about that "anxious"--took me a couple days to work up to putting a drill on my fenders.
I found that the best way to do it is to drill the two holes on one end --put the bolts in those holes to hold in place then mark and drill the other end.
I used a prick punch to mark the spots and hold the drill in place so as not to "slide" off the hole
Mine also had one leg shorter than the other but was fine with the grommets. I also added some lock tight to the threads.
i put grommets inside and out. Post some pics when your done.
We went on a Romeo ride to Brownsville tx today and got lots of compliments

Went shopping yesterday and strapped a case of Tecate on the rack----warning : do not pop a can as soon as you get home--pop pop fizz fizz oh what a mess it is !!! :Shrug:

Can u send me the tracking # i am in Tx and do not have access to it. My office in Mi checked and said post office could not tell them where it is and they expect 4-8 weeks for delivery

OK i got the tracking # CV 019 679 222 US ---it shows it in Chicago still as of 3/14/2012---hopefully it moved over the weekend

all good mate been down this road befor i think they wait untill the bag or container is full befor they move to oz looks like comeing by boat if they say up to 8 weeks plus it was the weekend i will keep a track of it and keep you up to date

Man do i like these racks--wife had a box that needed to be shipped thru UPS yesterday that if not for the racks i would have had to taken with the truck---Guitar jam in the afternoon strapped guitar on rack and sat the roland mini cube amp in the pet carrier and off i went---
