We have 09 GW with Champion IRS. Rear brakes work fine. Use both front and rear brakes all the time for smooth, quick stops.
Champion rear brake issue

Working fine is a relative experience. I just feel like it's stopping as quickly as the two wheeler. Or maybe the CSC has better stopping capabilities. My Road Smith has huge rear brakes, equally as large, or larger than my car, so I know it's not the brake pads or calipers being undersized....
