I have purchased a 2013 Champion Independent suspension kit from Champion Sidecars, only to find out later after I had to write off a set of tires due to the excessive negative camber on the kit. I was told by Mr Bill Swiftthat the trike is now out of warranty and that I have to purchase the new zero degree knuckles. My already purchased kit was suppose to had it already fitted but at Champion Sidecars, the customer is always at fault.
After paying for the new wonder knuckles and shipping it to South Africa, and everyone knows what the currency is worth here, it arrived and after stripping everything to the bone, decided to measure the old with the new. Surprise surprise. The new ones are made from aluminium BUT the measurements are exactly the same. I mean to the fraction of a mm the same. So why were we bullshitting in buying the new engineered knuckles to solve the factory designed fault with another faulty pair with cost.:finger:
I think it is about time we let the owner know what is going on in his company as all my emails gets blocked at Mr Bill Swift. Can anyone please send me the owners name with email address. I did asked them for it but apparently according to them he does not have an email address.
