I bought the adapter for my 2019 Triglide that plugs in behind the fairing. Now I need to get the wireless adapter. Any recommendations? There are too many to choose from on Amazon. What one did any of you all buy?

I see two different questions here. Let's address the OP first.

OK, so I can better help, are you using AA or Carplay?

Now for the second poster - what issues are you having with the passenger port plug? Also, are you using AA or carplay

I have a iPhone so it is car play like the title states.

Thank you sir - sometimes folks don't fully understand the difference - some believe carplay is the same and android auto. I simply wanted to clarify.

Folks here come on line to help others -when you make comments such as "like the title states", it makes some of us consider that we should shy away from responding to you.

Having said that, I would recommend the Ottocast Wireless carplay adapter - seems to work well.

Now, the other reason I asked that question was - if you added the plug under your fairing, you can indeed get carplay - but you still need either a wired headset or a wireless headset connected to your bike.

Plugging in a wired headset will definitely get your carplay going. You can use the Ottocast as a wireless adapter with that wired headset and all will work well.

On the other hand, it you are using a wireless headset, you will need a WHIM or some other way to tell the bike it is connected to a wireless system.

Thanks. I do appreciate your responses. If I came across wrong that was not my intention. But your assumption that I did not know what system adapter I needed gives many of us the same feeling about asking a question.
I have heard about the adapter you mentioned. Luckily my girlfriend ordered an adapter for me as a surprise. Got it this morning. Plugged it in and my radio now has CarPlay and plays on my speakers quite nicely. I only need a headset if I wish to listen to it in my helmet. Also most if not all of the adapters come with both CarPlay and Android play. Just minor setup difference.
Here’s what she bought me.
