BUT WAIT.... There's More: A discussion of Throttle Bodies and how they work

Here is a good review of Throttle Bodies for your EFI needs... I like these guys at Cool Springs Harley... They seem to be great Tech resources

I like this video and their comments on the stock throttle body. Most people trash OEM parts, but it's nice to hear that the stock body will support 120 hp. To me, that's impressive.

Agreed. I also like the new Screaming Eagle manifold. Seems like the stock throttle body and the alloy manifold will get you a great deal of benefit with a less costly investment. (And won't void the warranty)

Yep...I had ported and polished Branch heads and manifold on my beater pan-shovel chopper back in the day

Jerry Branch top ends and Truett-Osborne bottom ends.... Ahhhhhh... a simpler time and place (Mmm)

Back to technology and all things electronic.....

Suburban Harley Davidson dyno tested the new manifold on an M8 (they did not mention displacement)with SE Hi-Flow Injectors to see what they got. Here is what they showed:

The relative HP increase (4-5%) is impressive for just manifold and injector changes.... the "stock" HP seems high vs. others I have seen (maybe it was on a 114? Dunno).

Here are the injectors they said they used.
