Nothing better to do - reading threads from folks asking about different trike conversions. So I started a list, trying to remember all of the conversion kit manufacturers I've heard of - gave up after 15 or so.
I've owned Lehman, Hannigan and Roadsmith trikes and seen a bunch more on the road.
Here's the list I came up with and where they're made (just the major ones):
HD Tri-Glide - York, PA
Lehman - Spearfish, SD
Hannigan - Murray, KY
Roadsmith - White Bear Lake, MN
CSC - Arrington, VA (California Side Car? go figure)
Champion - Garden Grove, CA
Motor Trike - Troup, TX
Boss Hoss - Dyersburg, TN
DFT - Addison, IL
Frankenstein - Pleasonton, KS
Can-Am Spyder - Quebec, Canada
Voyager - Ottawa, IL
Trigg - Jacksboro, TN
American - Mt. Prospect, IL
I've heard about the VW DIY kits, and the Polaris products (Slingshot and RZR) but don't know where they are made. Also don't find much about the manufacturing facility of the Stallion.
Obviously there are hundreds of trike conversion dealers, but my question is who makes the kits that the dealers install?
Can any of you veterans add to my list?
