Brother's "New" H-D Softale

Need help. He has no idea what this is. Any clew?? All he knows is it is an '09 Softail and he "thinks" it uses all H-D suspension.

Looks kind of like the Voyager.

It is not a Voyager, they do not have a differential they are a outrigger trike kit.

Look for info on the axle its self there should be identification on it somewhere. Paugcho makes an axle of their own and also sell an imported one.
