Broken fenders

Anybody got any advice on how to stop my constant problem of my fender brackets snapping when I'm riding,,,,they r attached to the axle

Don't understand how the fender brackets are attached to the axle. Seems they would move up and down with every bump in the road.

Can you post a picture?

I have mine on the axle too.
A strut rod to triangle brace and a bolt and tab 90 degrees away stopped mine from vibrating and cracking. The bracket to the axle flange is 3/16 thick also.

Yep, you would have to support the top part of the fender as shown by Deathbysnusnu! Otherwise they will vibrate and break. As he said, his mounting brackets are 3/16" thick which I would imagine they would have to be that or 1/4" as well as supporting the top portion.
