what is the best place to buy tires? I need all three and thinking about the goodyear comfort ride for the rear and haven't given much thought to the front yet

I would talk to the place you but your local car tires. Get a good touring car tire like a Goodyear Comfortreds or a Michelin defender… get a rear MR90B16 mount it backwards in the front. Or if you can find one a Avon Chrometrike tire I think it’s a AV91

For the rear, I would remove the wheels and try Discount Tires or similar local auto tire retailer. Front, maybe try Cycle Gear, looks like you may get free mounting. Holiday sale. Some tire sizes are getting hard to find. Good luck.

If you have capability to mount , balance, yourself shop around. Due to "liability issues" most dealerships won't sell over the counter or mount tires you bring in. The independent shop nearby has great prices and will do both.
