What dealership is the best to buy oem parts from

best harley dealerships

Thanks guys I've used Ronnie's before but they didn't have the parts I need. Jack in answer to your question about when the check engine and temp lights come on if they would throw a code. Yes mine said coolant temp sensor and fan relay

Utah Harley

Glad you had a good experience with them. I just had a horrible one ordering through them. No communication, several inaccurate ship dates when I was able to reach them on the times they did decide to bless me by answering the phone. I'll never buy from them again, don't care if they're running 90% off sales.

I also like Surdyke. I just completed a full rebuild of my rear end replacing the differential, drive pully with new isolators, bearings and other small parts. I checked 3 online parts dealers. Ronnies was the highest priced. Surdyke was middle and New Castle was the lowest price. Surdyke had free shipping if over a set amount which made it the lessor priced place. I had ordered from Surdyke years ago for parts on my Road King and had good luck with them then.

This time they had 2 items on backorder from my list. The first part on backorder came in within a week. The second part that was backordered the longest was about 2 1/2 weeks after I received all the other parts. I didnt panic since everything now days is always backordered and probably sitting on a ship in the bay waiting to get into port. The one part was the differential and I figured they dont sell very many of them and probably dont have many in stock at any given time. All in all it took me a month of down time before I got all the parts and got them all put back together on the bike.

I am very happy with Surdyke and their communication and invoice updates when parts do come in.

Thanks, Sam

I like Cheap Cycle Parts. They always seem to have what I need. Prices are reasonable and parts arrive at my home in usually less than 10 days..... Jim

House of Harley

I have bought quite a bit from the House of Harley. They usually have a decent discount over OEM list price and they also have free shipping when you go over a certain amount. I thought they were a giant dealer in Wisconsin until I went there during a HD Ralley a few years ago. They are just an average size dealer but they must have a really big mail order business.
