06 ultra classic-motortrike after replacement of trasmission for broken mount belt tracks all the way to the left on trans pully how do I adjust to get it off the wall just a bit.I see ways to do it just need to know the right way

Sounds like you need to align the trans engine alignment. Need the manual for that. Also may need to look at the real axle alignment also. Again need to refer to the manual.

If they change out the transmission they should have had to at least remove the trans engine. Possible the rear but not likely.

I would take it back and have them do the alignment. It should have been part of what you paid them for already.

the engine was not removed just the transmission, bearings in swing arm were good but new bisquits were installed

If they removed the tranny I believe they MAY HAVE had to loosen the engine bolts to get the trans out. I might be wrong maybe they could do it with out loosening. Either way it tracked right before the trans change. They should do what it takes to get it to track right now. Take it back.
