I bought an F4 for my '97 wing. A bit pricey but it cuts down on the glare from the sun. Best part is you don't need special cleaners or cloths. All you need are paper towels and windex. Water will also work.

F4's are real good, but as has been said they are pricey. I bought a Memphis Shades and it works for me. Keep it clean and be careful what you clean them with. GOOD LUCK! RIDE SAFE

Put a Tulsa extra tall on my 93. Love it, specially in wet or cold weather. No special maintenance needed, excellent visibility and makes trike look even sexier!

I followed the recommendation of others on here a couple of years ago and bought the F4+2. PERFECT! Full optical clarity with almost zero sun glare and super-easy to clean - and keep clean. Rain simply beads away in the wind. That shield has been to California and back to Kentucky twice now and collected scazillions of small black bugs which wipe off easily with the window cleaner furnished free at most gas stations. The shield is a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Just as an alternative, check out the "Windbender" (<-- click) from Fire Creek Accessories. I've had one for several years, it's height adjustable, and easy to care for. I almost always leave mine in the lowest position and get a clear view ahead looking OVER the top of the shield. The wind stream is diverted over your head with no turbulence on you.

Here it is on my bike... 300 x 225jpeg.jpg

If you look close, you can also see it in the avatar with me looking ahead over the top of the shield. I know many folks like F4's and similar, but I prefer to have an unobstructed view of the road ahead by looking over the top of the shield rather than looking through it.

Other opinions my vary... :)

Tulsa tall lasted me 3 years started to get swirls and head light glare.. Also tired of banging my head on it. F4 now 9 years old. Crystal clear. . Honey almost killed me when I spent that much on it. On the ride home she agreed and said it was worth it

My brother-in-law put an F4+4 on his 1500 the same time I put one on my 1800 trike. He loves it, as I do mine! ThumbUp

Im looking around too for a new windscreen.
Shouldn't admit it but I used a scotch brite on mine accidently.
Was cleaning off something else and I didnt even give it a seconds thought.
2 swipes on a bug spat and its ruined.
So for a 100$ 50 for the screen and 50 ship it from China got some piece of crap off of ebay.
Its clear that's all I will say for now.

Looking into this one.

I insist on having Lexan.

I've used a variety of Slip Streamers over the years and recently bought an F4+4 for my 1800. Got it late in the season so I only have about 1000 miles of riding with it on. Cleans up nice, and like the other gents said, no glare. I wish it was a little thicker, but other than that I am very pleased. It may be worth the extra bucks for you.

I'm moving to the Madstad, it's adjustable and reasonably priced. You can take a look a madstad.com....I have no affiliation with the the company.
