Baket N1 shift drum assembly

I have a 2020 TriGlide. I am trying to locate a Baker or other brand shift drum assembly that will move Neutral to the bottom instead of between 1st and 2nd. This will give a shift pattern of N-1-2-3-4-5-6. I have a prosthetic left leg so using a standard shifter is not an option. I have installed a Pingel electric solenoid so I can shift up or down with push buttons on my handlebar. The problem is I cannot find neutral. Baker used to make one but stopped making them shortly before I tried to order one. They took my order then after a month said they were no longer available. If anyone has one on a shelf for a 2020 TriGlide, I would be very interested. Apparently the demand for it for the M-8 motor is not that great. It is available if I buy a Grudge box from them but changing the transmission for $4,000 dollars instead of a $300 part does not make sense to me.

I lost my left leg too. What i did was turn the outside foot shifter straight up and weld a 3/8" ths rod to it and a shift knob to shift the bike.. If you already have the Pingle shifter you could just use this setup for finding neutral with your hand.

I use it for up and down shifting all the time. I had all kinds of ways drawn up to make a shifter , but this was no moving parts and works well. Yes, it's a little slow, but so am i.

I have reached down and shifted into neutral by hand on occasion. I just do not understand why after so many years they discontinued the part with the newer M-8 motors. I have thought of fabricating a type of Jockey Shifter similar to what others have done. I guess I was just hoping some dealer would have one N.O.S. on the shelf.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: At the beginning of September I visited a friend who had just started working at Dream Rides in Maryville TN. While there I met the owner, John Jessup. We had a discussion about how I could shift with a prosthetic left leg. I explained how I used a Pingle Electronic Shifter but the only real issue I had was getting into neutral. The Pingle is not designed to do that, just a full voltage solenoid to shift from gear to gear. John then called Baker Drivetrains and spoke with someone he knew there. It was Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend and they said they thought they might have one and to call back on Tuesday when they were open again. Apparently there were issues when they first started making them for the new (in 2017) Harley Davidson M-8 motors so it was discontinued. John followed up with Baker Drivetrains on Tuesday and a week later I had a new Shift Drum Assembly which moved Neutral below 1st, giving me a shift pattern of N-1-2-3-4-5-6. The Baker Shift Drum was installed by Smoky Mountain H-D a couple days later. It was a 6 hour procedure to get it done. The Neutral light works, Reverse works, and most importantly, I can use the Pingle to shift down to Neutral. For the first time in almost 2 years I was able to stop the bike at a stop sign or traffic light and put it into Neutral. The feeling of NOT having to keep my clutch pulled in at every stop made me smile like I had not for a long while. My Tri-Glide is now in my opinion and fully functional motorcycle once again. I cannot thank Matt, my salesman and friend, John Jessup of Dream Rides, and Baker Drivetrains for helping me complete this journey and obtaining this Unicorn of a part. There are quite a few amputees that still want to ride and those people made it possible for me, I just hope and pray that someday soon it goes back into production and becomes available once again. There are many veterans and amputees who would enjoy the wind in their face once again.
