Baffled

Has anyone taken the baffles out of their Free's exhaust? Is it possible?

I do not have a free but I cut them out of a set of stock TRI mufflers with a 1 and 3/4 steel hole saw bit.

After deleting the cat out of the head pipes .... stock mufflers sound so much better!

But how does that affect performance? Do you need to re-tune or anything?

I added the Nightrider FL-Vied 10s set at 50% to my O2 sensor lines. Runs cooler, more power, sounds great!

Left the cat in both my Freewheeler and wife's '14 Tri-Glide. I put CFR Megaphone Mufflers on both trikes. WOW, what a sound. Also put Nightrider FL-Vied 10s set at 100% on both scoots. Mufflers are very free flowing so there was a loss of low end. the 'Vied's did the trick and the scoots run fine.... nice and loud, and fine
