There's a bill [S1760] up for a vote in the New Jersey state senate to count ''Signing'' as a foreign language... ''If'' it passes, My Question is..

When I give someone the Jersey one finger salute 'AKA The Jersey Bird,
Will it be considered an insult to that someone or that I was just using a foreign language to convey my thoughts??

Rhino, we have the Dirty Bird down here in Atlanta, taken from the Atlanta Falcons ( The Dirty Birds ).

Well, if it's passed, and if you get caught "signing" another driver just refuse to speak or make garbled noises and then pull out your little card that says you are deaf and protected under the ADA laws.

Then send Christie an email and ask if the legislators have gone completely nuts or did the recent winter weather numb their brains.

Actually ''if'' passed they want collages to give credits for taking the classes, Seems like the Collages are running out of students signing up for basket weaving class...
