Hi All,

I was looking at the HD Bomm and wondering if anyone tried using it?

The H-D Bomm is a helmet microphone to GPS interface and is made for a 1999 – 2012 Harley Davidson with a Sound Design or Harmon Kardon radio system. It enables the driver to take or initiate a cell phone call using your existing helmet mounted microphone and your Bluetooth enabled GPS and Bluetooth cell phone.

I have been thinking about getting this part for my triglide.

Ride Safe!

Ok, got the BOMM, took the faring apart, cut a few wires, relocated all my Garmin 660 wires into the faring, created an auxilary plug in the back of the radio. Put everything back together, looks like a factory job!! Synced my cellphone to the 660 and went out on a ride. During the ride I called home from my 660 and viola, I could talk and hear everything through my triglide auxilary system through my helmet headset!! So far everything seems to be working great, only thing is that you have to be on the auxilary portion of the radio to hear and talk on the cellphone, but at least I can talk through my helmet headset which is what I was after. Calls seem to be clear and my voice is clear on the other end also.

Thumbs up to the BOMM.
