I never used this stuff (actually just heard about it a month ago) I use Honda antifreeze, that I purchase at a neighborhood auto store, 1/2 the price, then buy'nnnn it from a Goldwing Dealership.......... (and it's the same stuff) and change'nnn radiator fluid is real easy to do yourself..........I change mine out every season
I never tried it but have seen it before. Although I like the idea, my thoughts are that if your cooling system is working properly, it isn't really needed. Regular coolant changes are what's really needed. And if it only lasts a year, that just means more work. I have normally done a flush/change every 2 years.
Just to add, if you're anything like me, you won't be able to satisfy your curiosity until you actually try it. It seems like it won't hurt anything but might be a bit of overkill. It looks like it is mostly designed for those that use straight water in their cooling systems. I say if you want though, give it a try and then update this thread.
