Any parts available for Champion IRS differential?

Have a Champion converted Roadglide with IRS.Hearing noise on hard sweeping left turns.Traced to right side hub bearing.Tore into it and could not find any part numbers for hub or bearing.Bearing is pressed in like an automobile. If anyone has ran into trying to get parts from aftermarket for these units ,please enlighten me. Thanks in advance

I’m in the same boat, can you please post up if/when/what solution you find. All the automotive shops in my area looked at me blankly when I asked for a bearing to fit...

Bearing are generally standardized (MOCO std. and the rest of the world). Here is some information: http://www.nsk.com.br/upload/file/nsk_cat_e728g_1.pdf

If you can't see any numbers on the edge of the outer bearing race then you probably will have to pull the bearing and measure it. You can then go to your local Industrial supplier and get a replacement bearing.

Fastenal and Bearing Distributors Inc. (BDI) are in your area and will probably have a replacement if NAPA doesn't.

Post the P/N when you find a replacement. Good Luck!

Im trying not to have much down time.Once i press the bearing out im dead in the water. If push comes to shove i will do it .

i think i would pull it and replace it cant imagine it would take more than a couple days to get one... a couple days down would be far better than it breaking on the road or worse causing an accident... then it might go for miles an miles before it lets go... r u willing to risk it for a couple days??
