I have a GL1800/CSC Trike. Looking for a way to mount a small US flag to the antenna. Also where to purchase the flag and mounting items. Not interested in a flagataff to the antenna. Ideas will be appreciated.

I got a 6"x9" flag and used hot glue to secure a hollow tube (a straw will work too) in the end with the seam and slid it over the antenna. This allows it to rotate and keeps it from getting wrapped around the antenna.

Once down where you want it use a wire tie or tape like I used to keep it from riding up the antenna.

Just Google motorcycle flags for someplace to buy one. Don't cheap out on it though - get a double stitched one or it will rip to shreds in just a few freeway miles !

Contact Chris at American Motorcycle Accessories. They make and sell extremely high quality flags in different sizes. I have their flag pole with the 12x15 US flag, and I love it! Their service is excellent and delivery is great.

Not being a seamstress I did a pretty good job however by putting the flag on my right hand antenna then sewing white thread up and down the pocket of the flag so the pocket (not sure I am calling it correctly) maybe sleeve is a better word. Anyway, I sewed the sleeve as tightly against the antenna so the flag is tight against the pole. I did not want to put any adhesive on the flag or the antenna as did not want to interfere with transmission or reception. Using white thread on a white flag does not show where I did the sewing, but it has worked well for me so far. Cheap too.
