Hi, My name is Tom and I am a new trike owner. Having ridden motorcycles for over 50 yrs and thinking of trikes for the past year, I gave in and picked up a Harley Triglide. I bought it in Maine and the wife flew up from SC to Boston to ride back down with me. Now I can never go back to 2 wheels if
I want her to ride with me. She loves it and I am getting to like it better each time I ride. we are looking forward to many trips and attending some of the rallies mentioned here in trike talk and meeting some of you. We live in Aiken, SC and have homes in Sebago, ME and also in Las Vegas, NV. We spend most of our time here in the southeast.

Hi there. We'll look forward to meeting you in Maggie Valley :).
Here are some pointers for adding some pictures to your post:

This might help.... This is to add a picture or two right with your thread/post
  • Use any photo program to re-size your pictures to no more than medium quality (approx. 600x600, for instance)
  • Pull them onto your desktop
  • Click on "Post Reply" at the top or bottom of the thread. This gives you the tools needed.
  • type whatever you want to say first, then you will be ready to post a picture under your post.
  • Click on the little paperclip symbol right above your post. This opens a box that let's you pick a picture from a list of items on your desktop.
  • Select the picture from the list, give it a chance to show in the box, and click UPLOAD. It will take a few seconds, but the name/number of the picture will show up.
  • Repeat for more pictures, if desired.
  • When you have them listed in that box as attached, scroll down below your post and click "PREVIEW POST" to confirm that they will show up.
  • If they are there, click "SUBMIT" and you are done.

NOTE: This will show up as little "thumbnail" photos, but when the reader clicks on them they enlarge for easy viewing.

Welcome to TT! I am a Tri Glide owner and live in Southeast, Va. We also have a home in Maine.....Biddeford Pool. Maybe we can take a trip up there together someday on the Tri's. We will be in Maggie Valley in June, so looking forward to meeting you!

Sounds like a plan to me, IHP. I made acouple of trips up and back on my 2 wheeler and one trip back on the Trike. We included the blue Ridge on the way back. sightseeing on the Trike is so much better, I even get to see a few things. We know we will put alot of miles on this year. Do you spend much time in Maine? We were spending most of the summer between Boston and Sebago, but the wife would like to spend more time here in SC. So who knows???? Looking forward to meeting you
Tom

Tom, we usually go either before the 4th of July or after Labor Day. We rent the house out from the 4th until Labor Day. But I so love it! I would stay there all summer and in Va. all winter if I could! The house is right on the ocean.

Last time we were up there, we rode up around your area. It was the first time we took the bike and Trike. Before I got the trike, we would fly up.
