Just a thought , being HD sponsors the V&H drag bike , why would they void a warranty for using there products

Believe me, car bike, any kind of RV dealership can push anything they want through warranty. Knew a guy at a high end auto dealership and he would push things through on other people’s warranty if he liked them. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Treat your local dealerships shop guys well.

A wise woman once told me to always be nice to my hair dresser and my auto mechanic.![]()
I have a '09 Triglide, in 2012..
when I bought it, bought V&H slip ons, but swapped them out for Rineharts within a month..
the V&H had a deep mellow sound, but just not to my liking.. [they are still up in my attic]
switched to Rineharts and have not regretted them the first time.. good sound...
my better half now rides the trike and I tag along behind on my '05 Fatboy..
the Rineharts don't have the "I-am-getting-a-freakin'-headache-riding-behind-that-trike-with-the-Rineharts"
sound.. a good head turning sound..
and if you are in the market for an almost brand new set of V&H slip ons, will make you a GREAT DEAL!
I did the same thing a tbear and I would do it over again given the opportunity. As tbear said they have a little bark going thru the gears, but when you get up to highway speeds they are not in competition with the radio.
Plus I have never drug these pipes, can't say that for the stock one.
Will 09 slip-on's fit a 2019 triglide?
has anyone tried Wild Pigs. They make slip on mufflers and head pipes. They have mufflers on Ebay for under $190.00 slight blem. But on a trike you only see 4 inches of pipe.Been running them for about 6 months sound great.Check them out,
I just bought your twin,, I also bought 2014 same color about 2 weeks ago, love the trike . I had to go to the trike for some health reasons. 72 years young and trouble with strength in left leg and arm I needed to make the switch so I would feel comfortable because my wife rides on the back.I rode a 2009 ultra classic before. We do a lot of long rides down south ,Mississippi, Florida and so on. Look forward to our first trip. Ride safe

I went with the entire setup from Fuel Moto. Ceramic head pipe, tuned mufflers, stage one air and a pre mapped tuner. Reason was not primarily for the sound but a cooler running engine and a little more power. The sound is just a bit louder than stock but far from being obnoxious IMO. Super loud pipes are not for me.
I agree with the cooler running fix. When I bought my new 2017 the exhaust was so hot it would melt the soles on my boots and fry my wife. I removed the catalytic converter to lessen the heat and installed the Fuel Moto "Jackkpot" headers, Jones "full boar" mufflers, and tuned with a DynoJet Power vision tuner. I believe the Jones mufflers are glass packed as the harsh "raw" sound is gone and it now has a deep rumble sound that is not at all unpleasant.
I bought a 2021 Triglide. I found a pair of Kuryakyn Maverick Crusher mufflers new in the box yet. Since Kuryakyn doesn’t make exhaust anymore they don’t have an application chart. I was told by many parts people that 95-2016 touring bike mufflers will fit a M8 Triglide. Just hoping someone has experience with this and can give me some insight.
I have Vance and Hines True duals w/cam etc.. The pipes that I got are especially for Triglides. they are alittle loud thru the gears but once you hit cruising speed, they mellow out and you can hear the radio. of course, I like the radio alittle on the loud side. more so when I am by myself.... Had a Goldwing and I always felt that I was in a European sports car. The Harley is more like an American HotRod!... that's my 2 cents worth.............:Coffee:
I bought a 2022 Tri-Glide. Put Cobra Tri-glide slip-ons on. Stock pipes. Sounds good. Not too
loud for people following me. But deeper rumble. And more clearance than stock. I'm happy so far.![]()
I've always ran the cvo's with fullsac baffles. Have been pleased with performance & sound. At the harley dealer the other day & heard some cobra's that i really liked. The owner said they were 6301'S, is that what you have?

2018 Triglide with Cobra pipes and 4" Rinehart DBX slipons. It sounds great and a big jump in smiles per mile.
Yes, 6301's.
The 6301's are 3.75" and the 6303's are 4" mufflers. Thay say, they will fit your trike. I've got 2022 trike. I think I'm getting the 6303" 6303's are the 909 mufflers.
