I like what you have done. Might want to add a tuner to take full advantage of your installs. If you want a little bit more add some nice cams. Then do a tune. Then you will be all set.

:Agree: A good tune makes quite a difference.

^^^^^ +1.

A good tune that doesn't have the timing raised to the point a tank of poor gas will cause your engine to ping. The engine is loaded with added weight and wind resistance as is.

I'm wanting to add a tuner when the funds get right. I just wanted to make sure this setup wouldn't hurt anything for now? I'm doing a lot of interstate and back roads average trip 400 miles on week end .

If you are knowledgeable reading spark plugs, after one of your rides pull the plugs and see what they look like. If they look really really white then you are to lean and need the tune sooner rather then later. If you have just a ting of brown/grey to then then you are good to go until you can do the tune.

I will check them after weekend ride to sweetwater tn. Thanks to all for advice.

After 965 miles of interstate & Mountain curves Bike rode hot and plugs were pretty white so I installed
Power commander V . Bike runs so much better ,cooler, stronger, no pinging, No rear cylinder shut down .Not sure if it will help or hurt Gas mileage
I may add Auto Tune later if mileage suffers to much. I'm well pleased with bike and Tuner so far.

Sounds good. Have you pulled the plugs since the tuner install? If so what do they look like?

I pulled the plugs this morning and they both were a light tan the exhaust pipes also are starting to tan up they were pretty lean looking before the tuner install. I just need to ride awhile to check mileage . Either way the tuner makes a big difference .
