Adding brakes to the outrigger wheels.

I know it's a crazy dangerous idea, but has anybody out ther ever added auxiliary brakes to their rig?

my Tow Pac setup does not lend itself to either a surge brake setup or electric trailer brake setup... I can't see how it could be accomplished without major changes to the inherent design of the Tow Pac outrigger...

Have to admit I'm not in the know on the latest and greatest trailer brake setups but just doesn't seem worth while to me at least with the Goldwing and it's superior linked/ABS braking system...
