excuse the dodgy drawing, but the thought is, If you put a piece of rubber or similar in the area between the tank and the rear of the forks, (the dark coloured in area) wouldnt this direct more air across the heads and aid cooling, particularly to the rear cylinder which is the one which has most of the heat issues. when riding a fair old draft comes up between this gap, even water bugs and general debris get blown up there. i realise when stationary it wont do a thing, but every bit of cooling helps, and i find that gap a bit of a pain anyway..
any thoughts??
