We moved into our home about 12 yrs ago. I was about the only one around here with a Harley. So I had eye ball prints all over me when I rode out or back in our sub. My next door neighbor had a mini mini bike that he was fooling around with. He came up my driveway with it one day. While I was tuning my Hot Rod Harley. ( Motor was built) I asked him what's that going to be when it grows up ? He laughed and pointed at my bike. Said I hope one of those soon. Well while in Az for the winter months. My wife had to come home to do our taxes. She noticed a Harley in his driveway. He called her over to see it. And ask where I was ? She told him I was still in AZ till May. So when I picked her up at the airport she told me he bought one almost like mine. I just laughed really All black ? YUP. Well that was some yrs ago. he now has a damn cool ride. But what I'm getting too is. He and his wife and his 2 brothers all ride now Plus his Mom & Dad have a trike ( HD). They put on this ride every year to benefit a person with CANCER in our two little towns. He gets everyone involved with this ride. 5 yrs now and its getting BIGGER & BIGGER. over a hundred mile ride with stops for adult beverages and food. Then back to a local bar for a BIG BBQ with a live band and some prize's. Plus they auction a lot of items donated off. Lets just say they make enough $$ for one of us to buy 2 brand New HD's. And it goes to a family they picked for that Run. Here's a guy that wasn't into bikes or anything close. That has brought a community together for something to do something so AWESOME. I just wanted to share this with you all. Were part of the 99% that give all when asked.
