A little memory for those that went to Eureka Springs and rode up to get Arizona Bob's trike fixed at the dealership. That's when I got to chauffeur Ms. Daisy around instead of Bob.
As the late Paul Harvey would say "Now for the rest of the stor":
A few years ago, while living in the Seattle area, a friend took his bike in for a slight noise. After visiting with the service guys it was decided he'd leave his bike over night. He came over to me and ask a ride home, 10 miles. Call me what you want I've never been one to haul a male passenger. I made him ride backward, 10 miles.
Fast forward to the Eureka Springs rally couple 2 years ago. One of our members from Ariz had a slight problem so a group of us rode up to the dealership in Rogers, Ark. The guys came back from the shop saying they were going to keep his trike and since I was the only one riding single, he was going to ride back to Eureka Springs with me.....excuse me !!! Nah, don't think so...the is where you add in homophobic or something like that. At first they thought I was kidding....NOT!! So one of the female passengers jumped over behind me. AND all was well....
Like I said "you ain't putting THAT next to me"... let the flames began.
